SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Aryn Olivia de Signs! Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with the best possible experience when receiving your custom wood and acrylic pieces. We ensure that your items are carefully packaged and shipped promptly to your doorstep. We believe in transparency, so our shipping costs are clearly communicated at checkout. By shopping with us, you can trust that your order will be handled with care and efficiency. 

 

We do understand that sometimes things are out of our control. Once the item(s) leave our shop, we put our trust in and transfer responsibility to the carrier. Aryn Olivia de Signs is not responsible for orders/invitations that are delayed, undeliverable or missing, any damages incurred during shipping and/or mailing, or issues with any third-party mail carriers such as the United States Post Office, UPS and FedEx. 

 

By purchasing, client understands that it can take USPS multiple weeks or more to deliver a piece of mail and USPS delivery practices and service levels and turnaround times are out of our control. Additionally, Aryn Olivia de Signs is not responsible for damage incurred in transit and is not responsible for refunding or replacing items. 

 

Aryn Olivia de Signs is not responsible for re-sending, re-printing, or reimbursing mail that does not make it to the intended address. We urge you to order in advance and incorporate extras + blanks in your count for this reason. If you must require a remake, all payment covering materials, printing, rush fees, labor, and risen costs will apply.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our products are custom designed and printed exclusively for you at the time of your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges.
